The Best Companies to Work for Awards 2021

Openreach has been named as one of the top 25 Best Big companies to work for for the second year running. To make things even better we moved three places up the list and were marked as outstanding.

The annual awards are based on the views of employees. Thousands of our people responded to a survey giving their views on what it’s like to work at Openreach including areas such as leadership, wellbeing and personal development.

The results of the survey recognised us as a company that is committed to personal growth, promotes wellbeing and has a high level of employee engagement.

Winner of the Learning and Development Special Award 2021

The Special Awards are based on information provided by the relevant companies which is anonymised before being assessed by the judges.

Openreach won this Special Award for increasing its investment in skills, training and hiring during the Coronavirus pandemic. This included finding innovative ways to allow our trainee engineers to continue learning during lock down and help us to build the best possible network, with the highest quality service for everyone in the UK.
